A method of manufacturing a liver model is disclosed. The method of manufacturing a liver mimic model according to the present invention includes the steps of: manufacturing a liver mold from a liver image; manufacturing a reduced silicone liver model; fixing the reduced liver model in the interior of the liver mold, and injecting an outer skin fluid between the liver mold surface and the surface of the reduced liver model to manufacture the outer skin of the liver mimic model; and injecting a phantom liquid into the inner space of the outer skin and inserting a liver cancer tissue model to complete the liver mimic model.
