The present invention relates to an eco-friendly steel coating agent composition containing a fluorine resin with superior weatherability, and a coating method for protecting a surface of a steel structure using the same, wherein the eco-friendly steel coating agent composition containing a fluorine resin with superior weatherability is obtained by mixing a main material in which an epoxy resin, a fluorine resin, a functional filler, barium sulfate, dioctyl terephthalate, a pigment, an additive, and a diluent are mixed with a curing agent in which an amine-based curing agent containing a polyamide adduct curing agent, a functional filler, dioctyl terephthalate, an additive, and a diluent are mixed. Accordingly, the composition has effects of: preventing corrosion of a structure made of steel, such as a steel structure, a bridge, a steel bridge, a deck plate, and a road facility structure; significantly reducing costs required to maintain and repair the structure; implementing heat resistance, durability, and functions as an antirust surface protective material; and being eco-friendly and safe for a human body since there is no elution of harmful heavy metals.
