The present invention relates to a device for analyzing a non-restraint lifestyle behavioral pattern of an elderly person living alone based on electric data and a method thereof. In particular, the device for analyzing a lifestyle behavioral pattern based on electric data according to the present invention comprises: an electricity use analysis unit which collects the electricity consumption of each household of an elderly person living alone from a digital watt-hour meter to classify groups of electric appliances, and generates an electricity dataset by using the same; a behavior analysis unit which compares a normalized sample dataset generated from the sample of the elderly person living alone to the electricity dataset in order to determine a first lifestyle behavioral pattern of the elderly person living alone at the time point of the electricity data collection; a lifestyle behavior recommendation unit which generates and provides a recommended lifestyle behavior list at the time point of the electricity data collection based on a lifestyle behavior weighted value which is imparted in accordance with a lifestyle environment condition including at least one among time, temperature, weather, and the day of the week; and a conduct determination unit which determines and stores a second lifestyle behavioral pattern of the elderly person living alone at the time point of the electricity data collection by using the first lifestyle behavioral pattern determined by the behavior analysis unit and the recommended lifestyle behavior list provided by the lifestyle behavior recommendation unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
