The present invention relates to fine fibers for an electrode with excellent electrical conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the fine fibers for an electrode according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a spinning solution containing an organic solvent and PEDOT : PSS (poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : polystyrene sulfonate); (b) wet-spinning the spinning solution in a coagulation bath containing sulfuric acid to obtain fine fibers for an electrode; and (c) washing and drying the obtained fine fibers for an electrode.
