The present invention relates to a transaction system using an IoT terminal and an IoT network and, more specifically, to technology capable of providing a VPN-related service seamlessly by providing a backup network and a terminal for communication even when a communication failure or the malfunction of VPN-related equipment occurs. More specifically, according to the present invention, a transaction backup system includes: a headquarters VPN terminal connected to the Internet and an LTE IoT network; a store VPN terminal connected to the Internet and communicating with the VPN terminal through a VPN tunnel; a POS terminal located in a store to create transaction data; and an IoT terminal located in the store to be connected to the LTE IoT network. When a communication failure occurs between the headquarters VPN terminal and the store VPN terminal, the IoT terminal and the headquarters VPN terminal communicate the transaction data through the LTE IoT network.
