The present invention relates to a portable fog/flame see-through monitoring camera having a continuous frequency bandpass filter, which comprises: at least one laser light source (10); an optical lens (20) for receiving light irradiated from the light source (10) and reflected therefrom; an optical filter (30) having a continuous frequency bandpass function positioned in a front or rear side of the optical lens (20); an image acquiring unit (40) (image sensor) for generating an image signal of light passing through the optical filter (30); an image processing unit (50) for processing, storing, and transmitting an image acquired by the image acquiring unit (40); a display (60) for displaying the image transmitted from the image processing unit (50); and a battery (70) for supplying power to the laser light source (10) and the image processing unit (50).
