The present invention relates to a virtual reality apparatus and a virtual reality system including the same. The virtual reality apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a head mounted device mounted on a head of a user and providing the user with virtual reality; a wearing part coupled to the head mounted device and provided to allow a human body to wear the virtual reality apparatus; and a first control part coupled to the wearing part, providing stimulation to a predetermined part of the human body and preventing the body from feeling dizzy in the virtual reality provided by the head mount device.
