The present invention provides an artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem and a method thereof. In other words, according to the present invention, the artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem provides a produced and edited problem by using an artificial intelligence function on the problem provided to a user and checks whether answer information provided by the user, about the provided problem, is right. The artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem also provides additional learning information in accordance with whether the answer is right. Moreover, the artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem provides a voice guidance function about the problem and the additional learning information. The artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem not only simply provides the previously generated problem but also prevents a simple memorization type problem solving process of the user by reprocessing the previously generated problem. Also, the artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem can improve applicability on the problem by providing the reprocessed problem in various shapes in accordance with a level of difficulty for all problems. Moreover, the artificial intelligence system for generating and solving a learning problem induces maximization of comprehension about the problem and can flexibly and actively provide learning information in comparison with standardized problem solving of repeatedly solving only the same problem.
