The present invention relates to a user-customized drug infusion system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user-customized drug infusion system comprises: an infusion pump including an artificial muscle unit for providing power for injecting a drug, an insulation film formed on the outside of the artificial muscle unit, a chamber having a plurality of diaphragms formed to be spaced apart from each other therein, and a sensing unit for measuring state information of a user; a regulator including a plurality of channels for moving the drug; a server for estimating a drug injection amount of the user based on the state information of the user measured through the sensing unit of the infusion pump; and a user terminal capable of driving an application for infusing the drug, wherein the infusion pump and the regulator can be inserted into a body of the user.
