An F-PCB multiple bending jig comprises: a body having an F-PCB mounted on one side thereof; and at least one movable part movably coupled to one side of the body to press and fix the F-PCB toward the body. An F-PCB bending method using the F-PCB multiple bending jig comprises: a preparation step of mounting the F-PCB on one side of the body; a bending step of moving the movable part so that the at least one movable part movably coupled to one side of the body covers the F-PCB and presses the same toward the body, and bending the F-PCB so that the F-PCB covers the movable part; and a clamping step of moving a clamping part so that the clamping part movably coupled to the body presses and fixes the F-PCB and the movable part toward the body. Therefore, improved workability of F-PCB bending, stabilization of quality, easy jig management, shortened working time and reduced bending costs can be achieved.
