The present invention relates to a security service system for supporting an active response based on deep learning, and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a security service system for supporting an active response based on deep learning, and a method thereof, wherein by interworking with a control server that manages user′s security-related equipment by communicating with the equipment via a communication network, a counseling server that processes a user′s request on the equipment learns processing details of the user′s request and a situation at the time of the request, and thus, when the same or similar situation occurs, prior to the user′s request, the request is actively processed with processing details related to the request to allow a proactive response to be made. The present invention is configured to: identify a situation requiring the same or similar pre-control as a situation where the user′s request has occurred in the past based on situation information received from the control server regardless of the user′s request for security-related equipment configured in a user′s security zone; before receiving the user′s request in response to the situation information, generate query information for the control guide for each control target equipment corresponding to the situation requiring the same or similar pre-control, and transmit the generated query information to the user terminal; and when an approval input for control of the control target equipment is received from the user terminal, proactively control the control target equipment before the user′s request has occurred to reduce a counselling burden of a counselor due to the user′s request, and proactively control the equipment prior to the user′s request as necessary according to a user′s equipment usage situation, thereby increasing the convenience of users.
