The present invention provides a firefighter safety system. Provided is the firefighter safety system including a base module worn by a firefighter, and a drone photographing around the base module while maintaining a certain distance from the base module. The base module includes a signal transmission unit providing a wavelength for calculating a distance between the base module and the drone. The drone may include a signal reception portion receiving the wavelength provided from the signal transmission unit, a control portion calculating a distance between the base module and the drone from the wavelength provided to the signal reception portion, and controlling to maintain a certain distance between the base module and the drone based on the calculated distance.
