The present invention relates to a high durability early strength concrete composition modified with a polymer for mixing concrete, which comprises a polymer for mixing concrete, an early strength cement binder, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and mixed water, and to a method for repairing a concrete pavement using the same. According to the present invention, further copolymerizes ethenyl benzene and butyl prop-2-enoate to be branched on a surface of a polymer particle polymerized with ethyl prop-2-enoate and methyl 2-methyl prop-2-enoate to enhance the center of the polymer particle. A surface of the polymer particle is formed in a double structure enhancing hydrophobicity. The early strength cement binder can improve strength properties of concrete using Portland cement, calcium-sulfoaluminate cement, alumina cement, blast furnace slag powder, gypsum, alumina silicate, and a setting retarder, and can improve the overall durability and extend a lifespan of concrete by suppressing neutralization and corrosion of the concrete by calcium chloride.
