According to the present invention, a subway emergency evacuation information system comprises: a plurality of wind power generators provided at predetermined intervals on walls or ceilings of a subway tunnel and including a turbine which is rotated by wind power generated when a subway travels, a wind power generation unit which converts the rotational force of the turbine into electric energy, and a battery which stores the electric energy generated by the wind power generation unit as a power source; a main body provided on one side of the turbine and including an evacuation information unit which includes a display unit made of a translucent material and displaying an evacuation route, and an LED module emitting light through electric energy of the wind power generator to a front side from a rear surface of the display unit; and a controller comprising an emergency situation determination module which determines an emergency situation and a light emission control module which controls light emission of the LED module when the emergency situation determination module determines the emergency situation. The present invention prevents passengers from going toward an area where disaster or accident occurs such that the passengers can rapidly evacuate along evacuation direction.
