According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a method of performing forced allocation of a vehicle in consideration of fatigue of a driver comprises: a storage step of accumulating and storing the driving distance, a driving route, driving time, and driving itinerary information of each of at least one driver in a database unit as a driving history; and a step of forcibly allocating, in an allocation request allocating unit, each allocation request received from at least one passenger to each of the at least one driver by referring to the driving history of each of the at least one driver.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
