The present invention relates to a distributed and associative container platform system to provide flexible migration of services and infinite extension of computing resources. According to the present invention, the distributed and associative container platform system comprises: a high-performance security container unit; a distributed cluster federation unit classified into a multi-cluster federation unit and a container-based multi-cluster unit; a policy-based service message unit suitable for distributed cluster federation; and a distribute and associative service application and verification unit providing application and verification of a cloud-based distributed and associative service using the high-performance security container unit, the distributed cluster federation unit, and the policy-based service message unit.
