Disclosed are a cultivator simulation driving system capable of matching a motion of a cultivator model with a cultivator image displayed in a virtual reality, and a method of cultivator simulation using the same. The tiller simulation driving system includes a tiller simulation driving apparatus, a tracker unit, a tracker tracking unit and a main control device. The tiller simulation driving apparatus generates driving operation information according to the tiller simulation operation while providing a tiller model for performing the tiller simulation operation. The tracker unit includes a first model tracker and a second model tracker. The tracker tracker generates model tracker position information by tracking the positions of the first and second model trackers. The main controller implements a 3D tiller model corresponding to the tiller model in a virtual reality, controls the movement of the 3D tiller model using the driving operation information provided from the tiller simulator, and tracks the tracker. The motion of the 3D tiller model is matched to the motion of the tiller model using the model tracker position information provided from the tracking unit. Thus, the driver who receives the cultivator simulation driving training through the cultivator simulation driving system may feel the cultivator driving in real life.
