According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for verifying validity for a reward request of an image-based game client in a web-based server-client system comprises: a step of verifying whether a reward request call is valid according to whether an input event corresponding to the reward request call occurs when a client generates the reward request call to a specific URI; and a reward request call processing step of allowing the client to transmit the reward request call to a server when the validity for the reward request call is authenticated and to block transmission of the reward request call to the server when the validity is not authenticated.
