The present invention provides a system and a method for determining a chauffeur service fee including a chauffeur service tip which can evaluate chauffeur service quality before a customer arrives at a destination and differentially pay a service tip in accordance with an evaluation result. According to the present invention, the system for determining a chauffeur service fee comprises: at least one customer terminal to use a chauffeur service application provided by a chauffeur service provider to execute a chauffeur service request, chauffeur service fee approval or refusal, and chauffeur service quality evaluation; at least one chauffeur terminal to use the chauffeur service application to execute chauffeur service request information reception and chauffeur service approval or rejection; and a control server which is connected to allow data communication between the at least one customer terminal and chauffeur terminal via a wired/wireless communication network, determines chauffeur service request information transmitted by an arbitrary customer terminal to select a corresponding chauffeur service fee table among a plurality of previously stored chauffeur service fee tables including service tips, and determines a range of corresponding chauffeur service fees and service tips in the selected chauffeur service fee table.
