EMBEDDED TYPE ANTI-FREEZING AND CLEANING SPRAY SYSTEM FOR ROAD SURFACE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are an embedded type anti-freezing and cleaning spray system for a road surface and a construction method thereof. The system comprises: a water tank storing a road anti-freezing or clean road fluid; a stirrer disposed in the water tank and stirring the fluid to prevent freezing; a water supply pump connected to a discharge portion of the water tank through a pipe to adjust the flow rate and pressure of the fluid; an air supply device installed on one side of the pipe and supplying air to discharge the residual amount of the fluid in the pipe to the outside; a control unit controlling the operation of the water supply pump; a water supply pipe embedded and installed to extend along a road and supplying the fluid with the flow rate and pressure controlled by the water supply pump; and a plurality of cooling clean rod nozzles which are embedded at predetermined intervals along the road at the central separation line of the road or the boundary of lanes, and are installed to expose an upper surface to the outside of the road surface so as to spray the fluid supplied from the water supply pipe to the road surface. The cooling clean rod nozzle includes: an upper plate with a flat upper surface and a seating hole formed in a part thereof; a nozzle block which is assembled on a lower surface of the upper plate, has a part inserted into the seating hole, and has an internal space provided therein so that the fluid with the flow rate and pressure controlled by the water supply pump can be introduced; and a rectangular tubular support which is assembled in a lower portion of the upper plate to surround the nozzle block and is embedded in an asphalt layer of the road to provide a support function.
