Disclosed is a classification method using the position and the rotational degree of a plurality of teeth to specify malocclusion. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: (a) allowing a classification code generation module to receive the position and the rotational degree of a plurality of teeth from a user terminal and use the received position and rotational degree of the plurality of teeth to generate classification codes for each of the plurality of teeth; (b) allowing a tooth selection module to select at least one tooth from the plurality of teeth having a different position code assigned thereto; (c) allowing a similarity calculation module to compare the classification code and the position code of the plurality of teeth with a plurality of comparison groups of the classification code and the position code stored in a comparison group database to calculate a similarity between the selected tooth and the plurality of comparison groups; (d) repeating the steps (b) and (c) to calculate the similarity of each of the plurality of teeth and allowing a final similarity calculation module to calculate an average similarity to calculate the final similarity with respect to the comparison group; and (e) allowing an output module to sort and output the plurality of comparison groups in order of the size of the final similarity.
