It relates to a biosensor using the same and a manufacturing method thereof. The magnetic nanoparticles and the gold nanoclusters of the present invention are combined with nanocomposites having enhanced peroxidase activity and are synthesized using electrostatic attraction, and thus the recovery of the complex is very easy. In addition, by using in conjunction with the organic oxidase to detect the presence and concentration of glucose, which is a marker of diabetes mellitus, and thus easy color development and electricity of the marker material (small molecule materials such as galactose, cholesterol) that can provide information of various diseases It can be usefully used for chemical detection.
