The present invention relates to: a probe for detecting endosomes, comprising a membrane targeting (MT) sequence of RavZ protein which forms a bond with PI3P, and a gene of a reporter fluorescent protein, in order to confirm the formation and distribution of endosomes; and a detection method for confirming the formation and distribution of endosomes using the probe.
