The present invention relates to a method for analyzing STR of a human subject to be analyzed using dual multiplex gene amplification, and more specifically, to 24 STR loci (PCR) using dual multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The present invention relates to a method and a kit using the same, which can rapidly and accurately identify genes by amplifying and analyzing short tandem repeat loci. The analysis method for genetic identification of human subjects according to the present invention is useful for personal identification and identification of blood relatives by enabling genetic identification with high reproducibility and accuracy in a situation where human dependence on imported products is 100%. .
