Disclosed is a standby power-saving outlet using a rotating blade in a plug inserting unit of an outlet terminal. The standby power-saving outlet comprises a plug insertion detection unit not having a separate external button ON/OFF for each outlet terminal and including a rotating blade and an ON/OFF power switch on an inner bottom surface of a plug inlet of the outlet terminal, so that the rotating blade rotates by a force pressed by a plug on the inner bottom surface of each outlet terminal and the ON/OFF power switch is activated to turn on the power when the plug is inserted into each outlet terminal, and the rotating blade is restored in position and the power is turned off by a spring fastening unit on one side and a spring inside the rotating blade when the plug is separated from the corresponding outlet terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
