Disclosed is a SCADA monitoring control system capable of continuously monitoring and controlling a power system facility even when an error occurs in a part of a system. The SCADA monitoring control system which is related to a monitoring control system for monitoring and controlling at least one power system facility, comprises a plurality of monitoring control modules and a SCADA control module. The monitoring control modules can remotely monitor and control the power system facility, and receive power system situation information from the power system facility. The SCADA control module can monitor the monitoring control modules to check a current state of each of the monitoring control modules, select and drive one of the monitoring control modules, which is in a normal state, and receive the power system situation information from the selected control module to transmit the same to at least one of a central SCADA system, a power system operating system, and a web SCADA system. Therefore, even when an error occurs in a part of the monitoring control modules, conversion to another control module is performed for driving, thereby stably transmitting the power system situation information generated in the power system facility to the central SCADA system and the like.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
