An automatic building control system for integrated control of heterogeneous devices of the present invention comprises: n (n is a natural number greater than or equal to two) first devices each of which is connected to a powerline communications network to be able to communicate, and of which the driving is controlled by a received control signal; a detection unit which generates detection information including one or more of temperature information of a corresponding space and information on whether a person is present, and transmits the detection information through the powerline communications network; and a main control unit which has a reception portion for receiving the detection information, a first data processing portion for generating a first control signal corresponding to the detection information and generating n first control signals corresponding to specification systems of the n first devices, respectively, and a first transmission portion for transmitting the n first control signals to the first devices, respectively, through the powerline communications network.
