The present invention relates to a centrifugal pump directly connected to an ultra-high-speed permanent magnet motor. The motor includes: a motor housing; a rotor having a middle rotor part arranged at the center of the motor housing in a state in which a permanent magnet is mounted, an upper side rotor part extended upwards from the middle rotor part to be withdrawn through an upper withdrawal hole of the motor housing, and a lower side rotor part extended downwards from the middle rotor part withdrawn through a lower withdrawal hole of the motor housing; and a stator arranged on an outer circumference of the middle rotor part in a state of winding a coil to be fixated on an inner wall of the motor housing. An impeller is coaxially fixed at a lower end of the lower side rotor part. A casing performs a discharge operation through a fluid inlet, a fluid passage, and a fluid outlet, and accommodates the impeller in the fluid passage through an upper side opening. A stuffing box is disposed between the motor housing and the casing to maintain airtightness between the upper side opening of the casing and the lower side rotor part.
