The present invention relates to a modular LNG fuel supply system for a ship, which increases the maintenance efficiency for a fuel storage unit and is applicable to ships having various sizes. According to the present invention, the modular LNG fuel supply system for a ship comprises: at least one skid unit provided to be coupled to each other; at least one fuel storage unit mounted on the skid unit; a pressure control unit connected to the fuel storage unit; a gauging unit provided to be arranged inside the fuel storage unit; at least one individual control unit provided to be mounted on the skid unit; a manifold unit connected to the fuel storage unit; and an integrated control unit connected to the individual control unit.
