The present invention relates to a genetic panel for personalized medicine, a method of constructing the same, and a method of personalized therapy using the same. A method of constructing a genetic panel based on personal genome sequence variation information of one aspect is related to intractable diseases including cancer. By detecting the mutation of the gene, it is possible to build a personalized treatment and treatment model for the disease in consideration of the progress or change of cancer, etc. in the patient.
