The present invention relates to an underground wall body construction frame and an underground structure construction method using the same, and more specifically, to an underground wall body construction frame and an underground structure construction method using the same, wherein, during an underground structure construction using a top-down method, an underground wall body construction frame is used such that the earth pressure of a rear surface of underground earth retaining wall body can be delivered to an interlayer slab, thereby reducing a construction error and the like which are inevitably generated during the construction of the earth retaining wall body and the interlayer slab. According to one desirable embodiment, the underground wall body construction frame comprises: a support angle having an L-shaped cross section, which is composed of a horizontal unit and a vertical unit which is vertically extended from one side of the horizontal unit; a mounting member which is located at the other side of the support angle after being spaced by a predetermined distance therefrom, and is composed of a horizontal support plate and a support unit configured in a vertical direction at a central portion in a width direction of the support plate; a net body of a net shape with a predetermined size, of which both end units in a width direction are individually mounted on and coupled to the horizontal unit of the support angle and one side of the support plate of the mounting member; and a plurality of vertical reinforcing bar penetration members which are composed of a tubular body having a penetration hole after the inside in a longitudinal direction is penetrated or a lightweight body of a predetermined length, and are configured in a vertical direction at an upper portion of the net body in order to come in contact with the vertical unit of the mounting member at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
