The present invention relates to a floating dam capable of easily collecting marine waste and, more specifically, to a floating dam which can block waste rushing with ocean currents to collect the waste. The floating dam is positioned between floating or stationary offshore power generation complexes and blocks waste floating on the sea by a floating dam line to easily collect the waste. The floating dam increases waste blocking efficiency without disturbing the flow of ocean currents and the movement of marine life. In other words, waste from deep sea (sea far from land) is blocked from entering coastal sea (sea close to land) to protect ecosystems of fish farms and shorelines. Moreover, the floating dam can play various roles such as safety protection of summer visitors, oil spreading prevention in case of ship accidents, and seabed cable protection.
