The present invention relates to a pre-stressed H-pile and a one-column self-reliance retaining wall construction method using the same, which enables easy separation of a pre-stressing means for adjusting tension according to ground conditions to support earth pressure against the rear surface thereof and form tension on the H-pile, thereby facilitating drawing for recycling of the H-pile. Provided are the pre-stressed H-pile comprising: an H-pile; and the pre-stressing means coupled to the H-pile to form tension and having a structure for easing the separation thereof, and the one-column self-reliance retaining wall construction method using the same. Tension is applied to the H-pile, thereby requiring no support material, having constructability, and reducing construction costs and a construction period, and being capable of adjusting the tension according to the ground conditions, and the pre-stressing means can be easily separated from the H-pile constituting the pre-stressed H-pile, thereby increasing workability and reducing costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
