According to a technological embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a periodic transfer system which secures a transfer amount between a receiver and a withdrawer in advance so that it can be withdrawn at a stated period. The periodic transfer system comprises: a transfer information acquisition unit which acquires transfer information to be transferred between the receiver and the withdrawer; a withdrawal account setting unit associated with at least one account of the withdrawal to set a withdrawal-only account among the at least one account; and a transferring unit associated with the withdrawal-only account of the withdrawer and a receiving account of the receiver, prepaying a predetermined amount to secure a deposit based on the transfer information, and transferring the predetermined amount to the receiving account at a transfer date based on the transfer information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
