An object of the present invention is to provide a tumor therapeutic agent and a kit excellent in antitumor effect compared to commercially available gemcitabine, taxane antitumor agents and their combination therapies. According to the present invention, there is provided a tumor therapeutic agent comprising a liposome composition containing gemcitabine or a salt thereof in a liposome and a taxane-based antitumor agent.
