The present invention relates to a method for developing and labeling radioisotope-labeled nucleic acid constructs applicable to various aptamers, wherein the radioisotope is labeled by aptamers through complementary binding of the radioisotope-labeled nucleic acid constructs to aptamers. It can be used to diagnose imaging probes or to treat malignant tumors.
