The present invention relates to a dust-reduced crusher capable of automatically spraying steam and a method for demolishing a building by using the same and, more specifically, to a dust-reduced crusher capable of automatically spraying steam, which enables a control unit to automatically control the time when steam is sprayed and the amount of the sprayed steam by detecting the operation of the crusher even when an operator does not operate a separate steam valve, and a method for demolishing a building by using the same.
