A system for managing a visitor using an NAS server installed at a household is characterized by comprising: a door lock which is installed at a gate of a household, and receives a control signal from an NAS server to release a locked state to open a door, whereas the released locked state is locked again when the door is closed; a camera unit which is installed at a predetermined height from the ground at the door lock or the door, in order to photograph a visitor to transmit photographed image information to the NAS server; the NAS server which stores unique information of the door lock, a smart terminal carried by a household member and a home appliance connected to a network, and facial recognition information of the household member, and receives photograph information and photograph time information of the visitor from the camera unit to extract facial recognition information from the received photograph information in order to compare the extracted facial recognition information to the pre-stored facial recognition information, such that, in the case that the two pieces of information match, a control signal is transmitted to the door lock before the door lock releases the locked state of the door and the received photograph information and photograph time information are transmitted to the designated smart terminal of the household member, whereas, in the case that the two pieces of facial recognition information do not match, the received photograph information and photograph time information are transmitted to the designated smart terminal of the household member to check the visitor; and a router which is configured to connect the NAS server, the door lock, and a digital TV and a PC installed at the household to the network.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
