The present invention provides a C/C composite material comprising carbon fiber nonwoven fabrics coated with MXenes and oxidized nanotubes, a manufacturing method thereof, and a use thereof. The composite material of the present invention can control physical properties by controlling the number of times the nonwoven fabric is coated using a spray coating process, secures thermal stability while maintaining advantages of a carbon-based material compared to the conventional carbon-based material, and shows electromagnetic shielding, thereby capable of being used as a material for electromagnetic shielding materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
