The present invention presents a Hangul vocabulary learning device and its learning method using a rule pattern that can enhance the learning effect on Hangul vocabulary including Hanja and extend it to other fields. The apparatus and method includes an output server including a preparation window, a pattern window, and a composition window, and the preparation window includes a sound input unit for inputting notes and huns for each character forming a Korean vocabulary, and a meaning input unit for inputting a meaning of a Korean vocabulary. And a Chinese character input unit for inputting a Hangul vocabulary that has undergone a meaning input unit into a Chinese character, and the pattern window includes an image input unit for inputting a patterned image of a component constituting a Chinese character.
