A fluorine-containing wastewater treatment system of the present invention comprises: a wastewater supply unit configured to supply fluorine-containing wastewater; a crystallization reaction tank configured to generate aluminum fluoride crystals by inserting an aluminum ion source into the fluorine-containing wastewater supplied from the wastewater supply unit; a settling basin configured to settle the aluminum fluoride crystals generated in the crystallization reaction tank to separate the aluminum fluoride crystals from the wastewater; and a granulation reactor configured to generate a basic condition by inserting a hydroxide ion source into the aluminum fluoride crystals separated and discharged from the settling basin, and to inject a calcium ion source into the aluminum fluoride crystals to cause a calcium fluoride granulation reaction under the basic condition, wherein the granulation reactor includes a low vibration ultrasonic device configured to heat the inside of the granulation reactor by generating ultrasonic waves.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
