The present invention relates to a blockchain-based vehicle information management system capable of preventing malicious manipulation of information for state determination by blockchain-based generation and transmission of information sent from an information source providing information for state determination. The blockchain-based vehicle information management system according to the present invention is configured to include: a company server collecting vehicle-related information, which is information related to an event that has occurred in relation to a vehicle, a vehicle owner, and a vehicle driver, and generating a block by entering the collected vehicle-related information as a transaction of blockchain; a user terminal generating vehicle-related information different from information generated in the company server among the vehicle-related information and entering the generated vehicle-related information into the block; and a management server generating an index by vehicle information by receiving the block from the company server and applying the vehicle-related information recorded in the block to a reference value and an algorithm, calculating a score indicating a vehicle state as a numerical value by using the index, and entering the calculated index or score into an index/score block.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
