The present invention relates to a segment fixing device for vertical hole construction and a vertical hole construction method using the same. Fixing grooves are formed on inter-block connection portions forming one block segment and stacking portions between block segments. Insert bolts are inserted into blocks so that some of the ends thereof protrude from the inner surfaces of the fixing grooves. Both ends of a fixing device are respectively coupled to the insert bolts disposed facing each other to fix neighboring blocks or block segments to each other. The fixing grooves formed on the inter-block connection portions have a concave groove shape opened to the inner or outer surfaces of the blocks and upper surfaces of the block segments. The fixing grooves formed on the stacking portions between the block segments have a concave groove shape opened to the inside or outside of the wall surfaces of the block segments. The fixing device is coupled to the insert bolts while adjusting the length of the fixing device suitably to an interval between the insert bolts facing each other, thereby preventing separation of coupling portions between the block segments during a vertical hole construction process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
