The present invention relates to a high-concentration oxygen dissolving and generating module which can be used in a large scale water tank such as a fish farm, and to a dissolved oxygen supply system using the same. According to the present invention, the high-concentration oxygen dissolving and generating module comprises: a filtering unit installed on a main bypass path for a supply path of raw water supplied to a water tank, and generating filtered water from the extracted raw water; an oxygen dissolution unit installed on a sub-bypass path for the main bypass path, and dissolving external oxygen in the filtered water to generate oxygen-dissolved water; an oxygen injection pipe installed on the sub-bypass path to supply the external oxygen; and a dissolution pump installed on the sub-bypass path to transfer the filtered water from the filtering unit to the oxygen dissolution unit. The remaining raw water, which is not converted into the filtered water, from the raw water introduced into the filtering unit is recombined with the oxygen-dissolved water at a rear end of the filtering unit. The dissolved oxygen supply system of the present invention comprises: a water tank; a water intake pump for supplying raw water to the water tank; and a water dissolving and generating module.
