The present invention relates to a diagnostic method for Alzheimers disease using complement component c8 gamma and, more specifically, to a diagnostic composition for Alzheimers disease including a medicine to measure the expression level of complement component C8 gamma, a diagnostic kit, and a method for qualitative or quantitative analysis of complement component C8 gamma to provide information necessary for the diagnosis of Alzheimers disease. The complement component C8 gamma not only shows a significantly increased level in patients with Alzheimers disease compared to the normal group but also can be measured through a body fluid sample such as plasma. Therefore, the complement component C8 gamma is excellent in utility as a biomarker for the diagnosis of Alzheimers disease because of its great ease of measurement.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
