The present invention relates to a coupling structure of an asymmetric organic semiconductor layer and an electrode for charge injection and extraction of an organic semiconductor and a manufacturing method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to maximize the efficiency of an electrode to improve element performance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the coupling structure of an asymmetric organic semiconductor layer and an electrode for charge injection and extraction of an organic semiconductor comprises: a glass substrate; a source electrode and a drain electrode formed on the glass substrate; self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) in a form of 2,3,4,5-pentafluorobenzene thiol (PFBT) formed on the source electrode; self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) in a form of thiophenol (TP) formed on the drain electrode; and an active layer of dinaphtho[2,3-b:2,3-f]thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (DNTT) to prevent infiltration of moisture and oxygen into the source electrode and the drain electrode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
