The present invention provides a method of operating a building map platform system which visualizes investigation matters, comprising: (1) an investigation matter input step in which an investigator inputs investigation matters of the building using a dedicated application; (2) an information processing step in which a server analyzes information on the investigation and stores the investigation information for each spatial information of the building that is pre-bui and (3) a visualization step in which the server visualizes and outputs the investigation matters on a map of the building through the dedicated application. According to the present invention, since the investigation matters are visualized and output on the map of the building using the dedicated application, a user can visually intuitively sense the investigation, so that the transmission of status information is excellent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
