The present invention relates to a pier seismic reinforcement module, consisting of an outer plate which is a plate material molded in a band shape curved to form a circular arc shape that is part of a circular shape, and has a larger radius of curvature than a columnar pier, so that the outside of the pier is formed. It is arranged to be enclosed and connected to the upper part of the pier, so that it can be stacked to form a part of the pier seismic reinforcement structure formed by filling the grouting material between the outer circumferential surface of the pier and the inner circumferential surface of the pier, without requiring significant field construction period. To provide a bridge seismic reinforcement module and a bridge seismic reinforcement structure using the bridge seismic reinforcement module that have the effect of being able to easily carry and reinforce the construction of the reinforcing material and prevent the problem of interfacial separation with the existing piers, and to provide a construction method of the pier do.
