Disclosed is a small capacity interleaved semi-resonant flyback converter, a valley switching method thereof, and a solar power conversion device including the same. The small-capacity interleaved semi-resonant flyback converter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first flyback converter unit that interrupts and supplies an input power to a load according to a first switching signal, and the input terminal is the first flyback. A second flyback converter that is connected in parallel to the input terminal of the converter unit and the output terminal is connected to the load in parallel, and alternately interrupts the input power and supplies the load to the load alternately with the first flyback converter unit according to a second switching signal. And a switching control unit which sets a position to perform valley switching based on an output command current and alternately generates a first switching signal and a second switching signal to perform a next switching operation at the set position.
