The present invention relates to an antenna transferring apparatus for an electromagnetic compatibility measuring system. In addition, the present invention includes: a communicating means which receives a control command of a main control apparatus; a driving means which applies power to wheels for driving to drive along a rail; a detecting means which detects a location display unit installed on a measuring location, detects other antenna transferring apparatuses presented within a predetermined distance, and detects an angle or a direction at or in which an antenna is rotated; and a controlling means which controls an overall apparatus according to the control command received from the communicating means, operates the driving means to drive along the rail, controls the driving means to stop when the location display unit is detected from the detecting means, and controls to perform electromagnetic compatibility measurement emitting or collecting electromagnetic wave through the antenna. Therefore, the present invention can automatically perform electromagnetic compatibility such that a worker does not need to repeat a process to replace an antenna or to set a location and a distance of the antenna so that convenience is increased and working time is significantly reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
